We confirm that with regard to Condition LA04A - Tree Protection, for the
purposes of the above vegetation clearance works, suitable chestnut paling
fencing will be erected to the distance of the outermost limit of the branch
spread or in accordance with BS5837 whichever is the further, of the trees to be retained.
